交了140，没交485，填Federal tax form应该选yes莫

有一项，问到关于身份调整的问题，
During 2005, did you apply for, or take any affirmative steps to apply for,
lawful permanent resident status
in the United States or have an application pending to adjust your status to
that of a lawful permanent
resident of the United States? If “Yes,” explain

不知各位前辈都是怎莫填的，我觉得应该填yes,然后写“I applied I-140", 这样可以吗
