punched two holes on the top of documents and then mount them together witn fastener (of couse on the bottome, used index tabs to separate each document).

then put it in a big envelop.

Mark application tpye or form # on the outerside of envelop and "original" if it is (such as "NIW 140 original application"). Then send it out using Fedex or ups.
