XiaoBaiTu and Mytwocents: I am waiting for your answer!

My case was cocurrently filed to CSC with RD of Sep.26,2005. I received two notices on Mar.22 and 23 from USCIS concerning my I-140 and I-485 transfer to TSC. It is a part of transformation program of "Bi-specialization", which absolutely will delay my case. Additionally, I am afraid my case files might be lost during a large amount of file transfer.Do you know how long will it take to transfer so many files? Can I track the file transfer? Can I write a letter to the director in TSC to confirm my files at TSC now? Thank you for your answer and any useful suggestions.
