My OR at VSC has ND 9/23, but my I-485 has ND 10/24 (I filed 485 after I had filed 140). When they process my I-140, do they use 9/23 to queue my case or use 10/24?

If it is 9/23, does this mean that I am potentially in trouble? The processing date at VSC for OR is 10/1 and so many cases later then mine have been approved.
