sorry I thought your H-1 is expiring in less than one year. Actually I think you still have time if you file your PERM next Sun. PERM job ads requires you to run Sunday job post for two consecutive Sundays and internal job ads for a while (I don't remeber the exact time frame). Then after that there' s a one month "quiet period", which mean you need about 45-60 days to file from the first date that your job ad appears on the newspaper.

So it is very very crucial you have your ad posted next Sun.
