Verify with your lawyer for your PD. The cutoff date
(http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_2507.html) for EB3 in June 2005 is 6/1/02. If you submited your 485 when your PD is not current, it is very likely the case will denied in the future. INA won't allow a 485 to be filed when PD is not current. CIS has no flexibility on it.
