回复：AP questions again

1. You can use AP many times when it is valid. However, it is not clear how it will will affect your future wife 's fresh H4. I think that her H4 visa will be fine after you gain back H1 in August. But no guarantee.
2. It is general belief that you still have both H1 and AOS after using AP. However how AP affect fresh H4 visa (no i-797 notice) and how VO interpret it is not clear. So try your best to secure a H1, it is not difficult right now in China.
