H1B1 from Univ. to company now,can be transfered?

Dear friends, my H1-b1 will be expired 6/30, and I got offer from a company,they promised me to apply H1 or transfer it, if H1-B1 is okay to transfer from University to company?

My I 140 was apporved and 485 is pending.

But they like to apply for a H1 for me.
