help! 140 transferred to a local office

Just received a notice from USCIS that my 140 was transferred to an office TEXAS SERVICE CENTER for processing on 03/22.

The case was originally submitted to California center in october 2005 and I did not move to any new place.

Anybody has an idea why they transferred my case to Texas? Thanks
