I filed I-90 on Feb 14 for Initial issuance or replacement.

The following is the USCIS California Service Center Processing Time Report as of March 20, 2006

Form: I-90
Title: Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card

Classification or Basis for Filing: Initial issuance or replacement
Processing time: January 09, 2006

Classification or Basis for Filing: 10-year renewal
Processing time: February 21, 2006


Why two dates for I-90 differs two much on March 20? They are the same in the past two months.
