着急!请问Xiaobaitu及其它有经验的人士这E-MAIL是什么意思?

On March 16, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.
看网上说有可能收到也有可能收不到信,也不知是什么内容.我们3月17日做的FP,也没见网上更新,已过了PD,真担心,我们是不是可以打电话问问?谢谢!
