If you got denied after RFE, then I have to say your winning chance is very slim.

I assume that in RFE they specifically asked for an offer letter which promises you with a position without any ending terms; and what you responded still has such terms or imply such conditions.

Such letter is a very objective evidence (not like those to prove your paper is good, which are subjective). Your room to argue is almost zero, especially they had asked specifically.

If I were you, I would re-file. You can file MRT at the same time to trty your luck.
