1. If you never make profit from the company, how can you deduct it. The only way is to carry a loss to the next year.
2. Rule says that you can not work for your company without an authorization for INS. So having a self-employment item on your tax return may have a negative effect on your GC unless you prove that you hired other people to run the company.
