紧急求住!!! H1 Lay-off

我以H1身份工作,刚被裁. 想找一个社区学校注册,但是我已经有了美国的硕士学历,好象很难给我发I20吧? 而且现在都3月底了,能来得及吗?
各位好心人给我提供点指导吧,要不然只能回国了.
