请教高手: 移民材料被转, what is next step?

My Canadian 移民材料被转 to my city's local consulate office (Washington State) from Buffalo, NY; nobody around me have had this experience before. Could you please tell me what's going to happen next, and how long does it take to get the final result? Any advices are greatly appreciated! THANKS A LOT!!
