xiaobaitu, 请进, 什么时候file the application of OPT---H4.?

上次问你说该什么时候申请,你回答说"在 OPT 過 期 之 前 移 民 局 收 到 申 請 即 可 ",这个过期包括grace period吗.我的OPT在7月过期, 这个过期是指7月,还是指9月(加两个月的 grace period).谢谢!!
