7th year H-1B, urgent!!

I have an approved labor cert(EB3) and an approved I-140 from my current employer A. They recently applied for a 3 year H1-B extension using the approved I-140, this 3 year extention was approved last week. Due to retrogression I am waiting till EB3 dates become current to file I-485.

I am planning to join another company B. Is it possible for company B to hire me on my 3 yr extended H1B or is the extension only valid for the original employer?

Is it possible for Company B to file for a transfer of the 3 year H1B extension to hire me based on the approved I-140 with my earlier employer.

In short what are the different possibilities for company B to hire me, with the approved Labor Cert and I-140 from my current employer.
