请教小白兔等HH 485问题

我主办的485，去年我已拿到GC，可LP的I485还没有消息。
我的PD是2001年4月。EB3。三月和四月，排期都到了2001年5月。
问律师，说可能卡在FBI那儿，建议做Writ of Mandamus,说已经有20个成功例子，2,3个月就能搞定。但要5,000多的费用。
想请教您和各位高手，是再等1,2月观看观看还是做这个 Writ.
