was J-2, I-485 pending, 两年回国义务 questions

我J-2来美， 然后去墨西哥转成的F-1，期间我先生回国工作了两年。I-140 (EB-2) 以我为主申请人去年五月被批准，PD 2003 年十月。 I-485 目前 pending. 我先生目前是H4，和EAD。 关于我是否还有两年回国义务，我所在的大学负责移民的律师说：“ My view of the law is that if the J-1 satisfies the 212(e) requirement ─ whether through a waiver or through two years residence in the home country─the 212(e) requirement is lifted for the J-2 dependents”。 可是我在这里和其他网站搜索发现，好象我还有两年回国义务。请问各位大侠 我现在该怎么办呢？有没有和我同样经历的朋友，你们的I-485是被据了 或被批准了呢？渴望您的答复和反馈， 多谢了。
