Question about finger print and process

My hu*****and is EB1-b. PD was 09/2003. His PD became current. Our family members did finger print(code 1) on 10/2004. He got a notice to do finger print(code 1)again. But I and my son have not gotten a notice of finger print(Code 1).Will INS process my hu*****and case if I and my son do not do finger print.
