根据我掌握的消息,EB2 最早10月才CURRENT. 等不及了,想回家顺便开国际会. 140批了,485还没递. 老婆F1,一起走. 我是H1身份,非签证. 搞植物学研究.回家签H1没啥危险吧? 140 批文是利还是毙? 那个H1批文的上半部分被单位拿走,我只有下半部分可以吧? 那个I94是机场交上还是签证时要用? 听说没问题,但没事例,还不放心.
