问小白兔二分钱Ｈ１ｐｅｎｄｉｎｇ的问题

我现在是４８５ｐｅｎｄｉｎｇ，Ｆ１，正在办Ｈ１，如果毕业时，Ｈ１申请交到移民局拿到了收据，我是不是就是合法的等待Ｈ１身份（那时我已没有Ｆ１）？还是会被算成用了ＡＯＳ身份？这样有一阵没工作对我４８５会有影响吗？谢谢
