filing 1-140 with 04 corporate tax return

My company filed for a 6-month extension on the 05 Tax Return, shall I wait till Sept to get the 05 tax return to file my case or shall I file now with the old 04 tax return? Andbody has the real-life experience? How much is the risk to file my 140 with the OLD tax return? Thanks for your input!
