关于假证明，想听听大家的意见

麻烦事：我当初是假造了3年工作经验（在国内）得到的这份工作，现在公司帮我办绿卡，其中的要求也包括了这3年工作经验。我在国内找了个单位帮我证明有3年工作经验，想知道的是：办绿卡的过程中会否有人去查经历的正假？这样做的风险大不大？如果绿卡能办得下来，以后转公民的时候会否有问题？
