NIW change job

My situation: EB2, NIW approved in 2003. Now th epriority date in right on the corner, I have the following questions:

Assuming I'll stay on my field, can I change job within two or three months after I filed 485?

If I file I-485 after I change my job, how long do I need to work on that job (if the new job is not that attractive)?
