You did not make mistake. It is the right way of filing 539. You can use just one form to file H4 for both you and your daugher. In addition, if you find a real mistake such as you included your hu*****and instead of your daughter in the form, just file another 539 and include the receipt of your hu*****and's H1 application before May 10, you will be fine.
