thank you so much for the quick response. i have a couple of more questions :)
1. i just started applying for LC, will that affect my application for H1 visa?
2. what if the VO ask me if i apply for GC? if i say yes, will i get declined? if i say no, will he be able to see my status from internet?
3. do i need to show the VO that i will return to China in the future to avoid any trouble?
