thank you all.
my case is not that strong but not very weak either, I think. 3 English first author papers, 2 in around impact factor 7 journals. the reason they deny is not enough publications and only a few citations (because my papers are very new, 1 in 2004, 1 in 2005 and 1 in 2006).
