恳请帮忙，关于在加拿大申请美国学生签证

请高人指教小妹这种情况下应该如何办理美国学生签证。

我是中国公民，目前在加拿大作为留学生读大学，4月毕业。已经拿到美国研究生的offer,也预约了4月面试申请学生签证。但是面临的问题是，据说这种在第三国申请美国非移民签证比较困难。而且在我的面试Appointment Confirmation Letter上，美国使馆也作了说明：“First time "F1" visa applicants who are not long terms residents in Canada are strongly urged to apply in their home countries as the Toronto Consulate is Genereally unable to evaluate prospective students ties to their home country“

请问这种情况下，我被签证的几率还有多少呢？请问是否建议我直接回中国签更好呢？
