再喊一嗓子，有没有人回答啊？

接到水牛的信要求寄护照，我是2004年11月做的体检，现在已经过期，看到版上有人说到体检过期的情况，请问，如果体检过期他们一定会让重新做体检么？我的这种情况，他们会hold my passport until I re-do the medical exam or they will issue the visa and ask me to do the exam before I can land？ I may plan to go back China first then I need the passport.
