It's up to you. If you have BS and MS in computer science form US, you should qulify for H-1b, even without you previous chinese degrees. however, I don't see any reason you have to hide your chinese degrees. Do you feel disgrace by showing your Chinese degrees? I don't think so. You sholdproud of them.
