气死了，因为愚蠢的律师perm被deny

我们的PWD(prevailing wage determination)是10/19/225 (it states that it's valid at lease 90 days, not more than 1 year). 愚蠢的律师把expriation date 填成12/31/2005，少于90天。就这么一个愚蠢的错误导致perm deny. 现在怎么办？ 能appeal吗？我不想refile因为我们以前的广告也正好过期了(9/1开始作的广告到现在抄过半年)，如果refile的话又得重新作广告，就又得耽误两个月前后加起来priority date要推迟半年。
另外告诉他家一下这个愚蠢的律师是washington D.C 的张先正(sams chang)，满嘴谎话，开始说他们办了很多perm,现在又说我们是第一个。手下的服务态度奇差，大家千万不要去找他拉。
