岳父突染重疾，现在ICU,太太心急如焚，想回去探望，她已10年未回国，请问她的H4身份能否再拿到签证，有无风险，烦请各位知情者不吝指教，如果携两幼子同行，与签证有帮助吗？再次感谢大家
