ASK XIAOBAITU OR OTHER EXPERTS ABOUT GC

I finished interview last year. Then the officer gave me a notice. The notice said" the results of this interview is " your priority date is not current. refain inquary your case until 90 days after your priority date become current." So could you tell me what that really means? Is it possible the INS give me aonther interview or ask me some document to INS again?
