No problem because your pendingI-485 could keep you leagally staying here waiting for its approval, but one potential danger is that once your I-485 is denied, you should be ready to go back to your home country unless you are holding H-1b1 which could still keep you here filing another petition. Generally, it should be safe till your case is approved.
