J-1 waiver--please help

I applied my J-1 waiver through IGA last year. On Dec.1, 2005, a favorable recommendation letter was send to USCIS. Three months passed, I have not received anything from USCIS. What should I do? Is there any phone number I can call? Fax number? e-mail? Please help.
