My case:
EB-1a
I-140 approved,
I-485 pending,
H-1B expired last year
Work using EAD
Recently, I really worry about the I-485, if it is denied; it will be a terrible disaster to me.
I wish to know if I can apply H1B again before I get any information about the I-485? Is it easy to get it in a company right now?
Xiaobaitu and other kind persons, could you please give some suggestions? Thank you in advance.
