Question on Labor Certification Substitution

I got one unused labor certification substitution from my company. I have a lawyer who is preparing PERM for me. Which lawyer is better for me to go with, the lawyer who did the labor certification (who is slow accroding to my colleague's deion) or my lawyer (who is pretty young, only 5 years exeprience)?
