You need to send your AP and EAD applications to the same severice center where your 485 is handled. It does not mean the same address and PO Box. Sometimes address is changed and othertimes PO Box number is different.
Go to http://uscis.gov/graphics/fieldoffices/service_centers/index.htm to find the exact address you need to file. For a family base case, file to Chicago.
