如果已经用过一次AP,还能在国内再申请H4吗?

有些医疗方面的特殊情况,需要在国内停留5-6个月，而AP在这其间会过期。

以前是H4，在国内取得过两次VISA,最近一次是05年5月。06年2月刚用过一次AP（头一次）入境。EAD申请到手，但从没用过。H4在去年11月RENEWED，到08年到期。

请高手指条合理的出路，比如，考虑重新申请H4的风险，等。现在发现AP方便是方便，只是遇到特殊情况，不如H4灵活。
