f1 out of status！！！！！

我的情况时 去年5月15号毕业。因为一些错误理解，一直没有更新i-20
去年12月15号是最后的reinstatement,我也错过了。

现在怎么做才能得到最大的希望？
请律师？
第三国？
回国?
希望大家帮帮我！！！！

我已经订了回国机票了，可是现在觉得危险太大了。有什么建议马?
