请问 Xiaobaitu, Mytwocents关于485的问题

I currently have an I-485 pending and have just recently got married. I am
going to file for my spouse's green card. I heard I need to file an
amendment to my adjustment of status application and then file for my
spouse's adjustment of status application. I would like to know how I file
the amendment. If I need to prepare a letter, what should I say in it?
