我和老公结婚不到一年，无法申请I-360公民遗孀身份, 有一个在美国出生的孩子。现在OPT 八月份到期，因为BABY太小我无法找工作, 你说我可以申请每年的EAD 而合法居留， 请问我该如何申请，在什么时候申请？ 是不是填一个I-765就行了？谢谢！
