Xiaobaitu, Mytwocents and others, 请支招

My I-765 (EAD) was received by INS (Nebraska center) Jan. 5, and I received the hardcopy showed Jan. 5 they received.

However, internet shows they received on Jan. 13,if I need to the local office,which date will they count?
