I do not think that the 7-th extension benefit is available to you if your PD is changed to September 2007. However, you may be able to benefit from the one-time protection provion if the 140 based on the PERM is approved before July 2007. The other option is to take a long vacation outside the US, and reclaim that part of time at the time of H1B extension.
