Hello,

I have just recently submitted by I-485. I-140 (NIW) has aproved.
I'd like to apply Advanced Parol.

Do I need to submitted my H1B approval notice?

My I-140 and 485 were submitted to TX center. I changed job and my new job location is belong to Nebraska Center.
I'd like to apply Advanced Parol to the Texas center since my I-485 is in Texas Center.

Do I need to submitted my H1B approval notice?
If not needed, then I would rather not submit my new H1B approve notice.


Please share your opnion.
