是不是说他们可在OHIO搞, 只不过要我妹提供一个RESIDENCE证明?为什么要这个?我不是很明白.

可他们原申请是在NJ啊, 要不要给他们改地址, 换成我妹的地址? 有没有这必要? 这样会不会把事情变得更复杂了?
