For the form ETA750b1, Question 10b.

"Alien is in he United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permenent resdent in the office of the immigration and Naturalization services at _____,_______"

Now I want to know if I should fill the blank out as "Atlanta, Georgia" where I live in or I should fill the blank out as "Mesquite, Taxs" where the Immigration service center is.
