Thank you very much. However, the decision for my employment is made by the director of the international center. I just went to her office. She needs the exact documents to say that I can use the OPT EAD card. I guess my situation is in the grey area of the law. There is no clear anwer whether I can use it or I can't use it.

I'm going to apply a new EAD card. While I'm waiting for the card, do you think my lawyer can contact INS and get a written documents that I can use this card.
