I think your F-1 status still will be available if you get a new I-20 form the school you attend,you should get a one year OPT,afterward you should try to find a employer to hire you , & help you to tranfer to H1B.
If so,you don't need to verify that you don't have immigration intention.(since you filed your I-485,it's very difficult,even you have divorced )
Don't too worry,everything will be fine.
